During my stay at Casa Catalina, I had the pleasure of meeting Olga, the owner of the guesthouse. She was incredibly kind and made me feel right at home. One morning, she invited me into her kitchen to have a coffee with her and her friend, which was such a warm and welcoming experience. Olga went above and beyond to help me when I had an issue with my shuttle not picking me up. She was truly an angel. The location of the guesthouse was also convenient, just a short walk to the town center and the Cerro de la Cruz. The room I stayed in was cozy and comfortable, with a surprisingly spacious single bed. The shared bathroom was clean and there was also an additional WC available. the value for the money was great, and I felt safe and secure during my stay at Casa Catalina.

The friendly staff made me feel welcome and their service was top-notch. I especially enjoyed the big kitchen, perfect for cooking my own meals. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the city center.
Everything was faultless.

This hotel had two great features: a quiet location and an incredibly friendly staff. It was tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but still conveniently close to the main attractions. the staff were welcoming, accommodating, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They made our Christmas truly special by decorating the common areas and even providing a small gift for each of the guests.
Communication was difficult, as some of the staff members didn't speak much English.

Great location, with easy access to tourist areas. The staff is friendly and helpful, even offering to store luggage after check-out. The accommodation is clean, and shared spaces are well-maintained and equipped for guests to use.
Difficult to locate, with no visible signage and incorrect information online. Can be noisy due to its proximity to a busy road.

This hotel was a great find for the price. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, organizing tours and even arranging an early check-in for us. The location was perfect - tucked away in a quiet area but still very close to all the tourist attractions.
Nothing to complain about, everything was just fine.
